 Erection of a two storey building to create a 1 x 2-bed dwelling (Use Class C3). Provision of private amenity space, car parking and bin and cycle storage.

 The plan for this extra dwelling, comprising a wedge-shaped building (resulting in some odd-shaped rooms) squeezed onto the site beside the existing house, may constitute over-development; the only place to keep bicycles would be at the back, with no way through to the front except through the kitchen.  The parking space would be too small to allow adequate access to the front door, by people or bicycles. OCS suggest that these matters be taken into account when considering this application.
