Erection of part two, part three storey rear extension. Subdivision and conversion to provide an additional 1 x 1-bed flats (Use Class C3). 

Whilst we support this application to bring the existing flats up to 2018 standards, we object to an extra unit: the area simply cannot support yet another possible car-owning dwelling, despite the contention that the building (with no parking area) is car-free. We support the objection of the Highways Authority in this.
