Oxford Civic Society note the changes made in respect of this application. Whilst the proposals do not seem out of scale and proportion with neighbouring properties, OCS are assured that Oxford City Planners will assess all material objections in the process of proposing a determination. The stipulations from the County Council, in particular with regard to car parking, are made in respect of this proposed conversion and extension to provide solutions which would enable diversity of accommodation in the locality.
