 Erection of a two storey rear extension. Sub-division of existing dwellinghouse to create 5 x 1-bed flats (Use Class C3).

This house was originally built as a semi-detached family home, later extended with a garage and additional room over the garage.  This proposal to make the current building into 5 self-contained flats surely represents over-development, necessarily with some very small rooms.  Although space for bins and cycles is included, the usual vehicle outlines on the parking area are missing on the plans, as they would show that it is not big enough for the 3 cars it claims to have room for. We object to this proposal on the grounds of over-development poor standard of accommodation and inadequate parking provision.
