Erection of a boundary fence (retrospective) (amended description)

We see the removal of the 2m boundary hedge on this corner site at the junction of Minster and Southfield Road replaced by a 1.8m wooden fence on this large site as further erosion of green space in the suburbs. This removal impacts on the habitat of wildlife and the visual appearance of the area and is thus detrimental to the street scene and the local environment
