  Demolition of existing building containing an HMO and tattoo parlour (Use Class Sui Generis) and erection of 1 x 7-bed large HMO (Use Class Sui Generis) (Amended Description).

OCS has no objection to the proposed size and shape of the development which will, we believe, sit well in the immediate area. We are unsure from the documents provided that the sizes of the units proposed meet the minimum requirements. This needs to be checked before planning permission could be granted. We note the County Council’s comments on the need to: (i) exclude the development from eligibility for parking permits within the Controlled Parking Zone; and (ii) provide covered and secure cycle parking areas.
