The application contains no information that demonstrates that the provision of hand basins within the 2 bathrooms complies with the minimum standards for a 7 bedroom HMO. The cycle parking shown in the front garden is clearly too small to accommodate 7 cycles and no details are given of the construction. It is not clear that an adequate sized cycle store and store for waste and recycling bins can be fitted into the front garden. The application should be rejected unless the applicant can demonstrate that all facilities comply with the minimum requirements for a 7 bedroom HMO.
