Change of use from House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4) to a large House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis) and alterations to rear elevation.
We believe that this proposal to make an additional bedroom at the cost of shared internal amenity space in an already large HMO in a densely populated area of the City, is unacceptable in principle. In addition, the application contains no information on the provision within the bathroom shared by the occupants of the 5 bedrooms without en-suite facilities. Also the application contains no details of the required covered secure cycle parking and waste and recycling bin storage in the front garden. The application should be refused.
