We believe that the proposal may be an over development of a very small area of land that is not easily accessed. The only access to the proposed flats from Osler Road is via the existing narrow pathway (approximately 1m width) up the side of No 16 Osler Road. We question whether this provides sufficient access for a development that could house up to 12 people. It might present major problems in the event of an emergency.
