Change of use of part of the second floor from Use Class B1(a) (office) to Use Class D1 (non-residential institution) and Use Class D2 (assembly and leisure).

We have no objection to the proposed changes of use but we are concerned that the feasibility study shows that there will be only 3 showers, grouped together with no separation or distinction between those for use by women or by men. We suggest that women and men will require separated provision for showering and changing.
