The information submitted in this application is inadequate to assess the proposal. The Block plan is not drawn correctly. It would appear that there is already a building beside the house, possibly a garage, and there is no clear information on where the proposed outbuilding will be sited on the plot. The application cannot be approved on the basis of the information currently available.
