We commented on the previously submitted plans at this address indicating that the submission failed to demonstrate that there was no impact on the neighbouring properties. The amended plans, which propose a rear extension with a reduction in the size of the first floor, still fail to demonstrate that there is no impact on the light to 1 Linden Court and 26 Holyoake Road.
The application should be rejected unless it is clearly shown that there is no detrimental effect on neighbouring houses.
