Change of use of dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a large House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis). Provision of bin and cycle stores. Provision of parking. Replacement of 2no. windows to ground floor rear and side elevations.

We note the comments from the Highway Authority regarding parking. The information on the provision of covered secure cycle parking is adequate. Similarly the provision of storage space for only 2 bins and without space for food waste is not adequate for an HMO occupied by a minimum of 9 people. Clear information on cycle and bin storage is required before the application can be approved.
