This application appears to conflict with policy on the number of food outlets in proportion to the total number of retail outlets, and the character of the immediate area. The proposed operation is somewhat unusual, however, and the large proportion of retail sales may be considered to render the use acceptable, though careful consideration should be given to the possibility that the exact nature of the business may change unless monitored closely.
